Sky TVThe hit podcast My Dad Wrote a Porno (MDWaP) will return to New Zealand with its live show next year. The hosts of the British podcast, Jamie Morton, James Cooper and Alice Levine, will tour in January with new material from the Belinda Blinked series of erotic novels, released under Morton's father's pseudonym, Rocky Flintstone. They will perform at Auckland's Town Hall on January 20, followed by the Opera House in Wellington on January 21 and the Isaac Theatre Royal in Christchurch on January 22. The shows will follow a five-city Australian tour. The podcast in which Morton reads passages of the novels and discusses them with his friends Cooper and Levine became something of a cultural phenomenon, spawning a book and an HBO comedy special that aired earlier this year as well as the live show. It last toured New Zealand in 2017.  Tickets go on pre-sale at noon this Wednesday, July 15, and general release at noon the following day.
