Technically sloe gin is not a gin, but a gin-based liqueur. It's sweet, fruity, slightly tart, and easy to sip on or mix into a drink. This recipe is fairly simple, so I thought it'd be fun to mix it up with a few different spirits to see how they enhance the drink.
